To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow us
one to three business days for your order to be processed,
in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method.
SHIPPING GUIDE
Standard shipping over 60 Euros spent is free*
Standard shipping under 60 Euros spent:
– Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia – 3 Euros
– Rest of Europe – 8 Euros
– Other regions (non EU) – 15 Euros*
Expected delivery time:**
– 2-9 business days within Europe
– 7-25 business days for other regions (non EU)
Delivery will be made by your local postal service.

* purchaser is liable of any applicable taxes and/or duties. Duty Fees and taxes will not be refunded on returns.
** delivery time is counted from date of shipping the parcel and confirmation via email.
However, these are estimated days only and as I make every effort to dispatch parcels on time, I cannot accept liability in case of later delivery date by the couriers.
TRACKING
As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you.
We will send you the tracking numbers via email.

RETURNS
Change in mind? Our mistake? We accept our products purchased on walkingrituals.com
for return within 7 days after you receive your item.

information on where to send an item.
Please indicate the reason for a return that we
can speed up the refund process.
We will accept items in the original condition and packaging they were sent with.
EXCHANGES
If you want to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want
before returning your original purchase.
This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
Once we receive your return, we will place a refund for the
cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
